Mifflin-St Jeor method
BMR = 10W + 6.25H − 5A + S; TDEE = BMR × activity multiplierW is weight in kg, H is height in cm, A is age, and S is +5 for male or -161 for female in the Mifflin-St Jeor equation.
Optional exercise calories are added only if they are not already represented by your selected activity level.
